Walker Chevrolet is the worst most fake car dealership I have ever dealt with. We purchased a brand new car here back in 2010 and were so happy with our purchase until one thing after another started breaking on the car. We took the car into Walker for them to fix a speaker that sounded totally broken. They took the car for 4 hours and came back and said we are sorry but nothing is wrong with the speaker. I asked did you listen to the speaker? They said no we just ran the cd and it said the speaker was fine. Wow if you just turned on the radio and had the speaker at low you could hear it rattling. Again we had to take the car back for them to listen to the speaker another 4 hour wait for them to listen to only the speaker. This time they fessed up and admitted something was wrong. Two weeks later after no phone call I had to call and see if the new speaker was in..we took the car down to Walker Chevrolet and they took another 4 hours to install the speaker only to call me and say sorry we broke the speaker while installing it so you cannot have you car back today and no we don't have a rental you can use. I told them that this is the only vehicle i have so they said that i could take it home for the night and bring it back. When i got in the car i noticed they did not even put the back seat back into the car...wires were hanging out everywhere. how am i supposed to get my kids and family in the car with no back seat. They wouldn't put the seat back in for me. Who knows where my back seat was...was it sitting out getting dust and oil on it from the service station who knows. finally the next time we took the car in they put the new speaker in...wow 4 times and 4 hours of waiting each time just for 1 new speaker that was under warranty. Come to find out 2 months later now the other one is broken. come on Chevy stand behind your service because it completely Horrible.
