I had been looking for a vehicle for about a year. I did a lot of research on what was available, models, prices, etc. Didn't know exactly what I wanted but knew I wanted a 2010 truck or SUV with low miles and under $25,000. I saw an ad in the AutoGuide for a 2010 Ford Explorer with 21k miles for $24,900 with an Eddie Bauer package. Since we were going to my daughter's I thought we'd stop by and take a look. We ended up driving it away. No pressure, very friendly people. Roy has been great to work with. Bill has made sure that everything to was my liking. Julio got us a better deal on financing that my own bank of 22 years would give me. All in all, very impressed with the whole experience (and that coming from a traditional Chevy guy).
