Bank is not consistent in its billing and reporting practice. Customer Service is severly lacking. Employees will tell you one thing about solving your issue and not follow up as stated. Does not process payments in a timey manner and will end up charging you for their mistake. Worst banking experience I have ever had. Will never do business with again.
