Review content:
In 2007, my husband and I purchased a home from Spradley Realty. We did all of the cleanup..home was nasty. We paid more for the home than we should have considering the costly repairs we have had to make since then. We had to have a dishwasher repalced, hot water heater, electrical work done, replace carpet, paint, and now we find out that we have to have the whole home re-plumbed. We purchased this home not knowing that we have polybutelene pipe that is not repairable and the company who made it is under a class action law suit. This repair alone will cost us over 2,000.00. This home should have been researched before it was sold. They were in such a hurry to get rid of it (it had been on market for two years) that they obviously didn't think they had to let us know the problems with the home. I am very disappointed with the purchase that we made. I feel that every realtor needs to look into the homes more and to inform buyers before they take the leap..especially first time buyers..
Cons: foreclosure nightmare
