Review content:
Frustrating experience. I took a bridesmaid's dress in for altering. The dress was falling down on me and needed to be taken in on the sides. I also needed the dress shortened and padding put in the bust. When I picked up the dress, it was much shorter than it was supposed to be, the padding was placed in the bust by only a couple of stitches (not secure) and was put in crooked, (even Nabil acknowledged this) and the sides/waist was not taken in. The top of the sides (by the bust) were taken in but you could see a hole in the stitching where he made the alteration! The dress was wrinkled even though his wife claimed the dress was pressed. They would not do anything to fix the mistakes in the dress and still charged me more than what I bought the dress for. Nabil's comment to me being upset was that no one would care what I looked like in the dress. The dress was falling down throughout the entire wedding so that it did not look flattering in any photos. Waste of money and time and I can't redo the photos. Needs to work on customer service and being honest.
