Review content:
Had 4 tires installed from TireRack. The bill they presented was astounding. They insisted this is the same price they charge everyone. Called them back later the same day and got a verbal quote 50% less. Couldn't believe they had the audacity to lie right to my face, and try to charge me double. Moreover, the people in the back doing the work couldn't even answer the most basic tire questions, and admitted they have no training or knowledge about what they're doing. The waiting area is the pits. Grimy and small. Will never go back here again.

Cons: Lie to your face, price gouge, disasterous waiting area
