I HAVE SHIP MY BELONING THRU THE ROSA DEL MONTE UNDER THE BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY FOR SHIPPING, BUT I FIND OUT THE HARD WAY, THAT THEY LAID TO PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. TO BEGIN, AFTER WE AGREE WHAT THE COMPANY WILL DO, LIKE PUTTING ARE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMET IN A WOODEN BOX. WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT MY HOUSE, THEY TALL ME THAT THEY WILL PACK THIS STUFF IN THE TRUCK, BUT NONE OF THE WHAT THEY SAY HAPPENS. I WAS TOLD THAT ALL THE TV, TV STAND AND AIR CONDITION WILL BE PACK IN A WOODEN CRATE. THE ONLY THING THAT ARRIVE IN 1 WOODEN CRATE WAS A 27"" PLASMA TV, THAT BY THE WAY WAS ALL DUSTY LIKE IT WAY STORE IN A CONSTRUCTION SIDE. ONLY A FEW PIECES OF PAPER WAS USE A PADDING. MY OTHER 20"" TV CAME IN A CARTON CRATE IN WHICH WAS TAKE IT OUT MY HOUSE, I'M MISING 2 LIVING ROOM END TABLES, AND MY 2 OFFICE CHAIRS CAME WITH BROKEN WHEELS.
