I needed to replace my picture window after the wind storm in December. I stopped into Slater Glass and the owner Nick was at the front desk. He took a lot of time with me explaining what my options were and gave me a ball park estimate. I then had an estimate done by one of those ""Big Window Companies"". The product and the price was the same, but the feeling that I would be treated like a number and forgotten after the order was made, was confirmed by several negative reviews. I RAN back to Slater Glass, I was dealing with the owner, not some slick salesman, the installation crew included the owner and the son of the previous owner (who grew up putting in windows). I can't say enough about this company. Their service and the quality of the installation was excellent. This is the place for any window or door replacement. Buy local and be treated like a neighbor.
