If you are thinking about calling this company, please DO NOT CALL THEM! - This is a 5 men operation, that they called ""company"" with the sole purpose of stealing your money and exhausting your patience. The owner of the so called ""company"" is Guy and apparently his brother is ""Tim"" although they both sound like the same person to me. They will send one guy out: ""Nick"" to basically scare you to death and play with your emotions and tell you that your house is infested with rats, they will take your money and will run with it and you will have a hard time getting them back to do the work they promised they will do. They took $500.00 from us and failed to show up several times. The excuses range from: I only have one guy, my guy is busy, my guy had a car accident and is at the hospital, the co-owner of the company: Tim is at the hospital today and I do not know anything about your job, call us later. Once you schedule the visit, they fail to show up and once you start calling them, they will point fingers at each other telling you: I am just an employee here and I have nothing to do with it, call the office. Once you call the office, Tim will answer the phone and will say: I dont know know when we can get there, call me later. These people are THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES and should be stopped and held accountable.
