Review content:
Dr. Khan failed to respond to numerous pages from medical staff over a 30 hour period. This resulted in a complete waste of hospital resources, waste medical staff time and effort, waste of hospital, patient, and insurance money, and caused the patient to be held in a hospital for significantly longer than otherwise necessary. Ultimately, Dr. Khan never answered the page and the patient was transferred to another hospital where treatment was prompt and the patient was released later than evening. While the medical board may not consider this a violation, it is clearly not the level of professionalism most patients expect from their doctors; more importantly this SHOULD NOT BE THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM FOUND ACCEPTABLE BY MT. SINAI OR NEW YORK HOSPITAL / CORNELL.
Cons: Unprofessional, Failed to make 2 min call causing patient to be held 12+ addt'l hours
