first i will start with my experience. i called Fort thompson and asked if they had specific waiters in stock. she said she thought they were sold out and i asked if she could check and she said that you just need to come in. i thought whats the point of coming in if you said you don't have them and why can't you check its customer service i cant waste my time going there if you might not have them while i could be hunting and in the woods. so instead i called gander mountain and macks PW they were very helpful and considerate. i stopped by Gander mountain which is just across the street but a much better place to shop and picked them up which they had held for me and got to the duck woods in time for the hunt. my second concern is that instead of saying the people with bad reviews are wrong fort thompson you should accept them and try to improve your store not shun them and say they are wrong because they arent its, opinion so learn from the reviews and youll find many more people in your store not across the street.
