Review content:
I have visited Pala a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the simple menu, wonderful roman style pizzas, simple antipasti, great wines, wonderful italian waitstaff. However my whole experience has been ruined by the female manager/owner who was so rude when we asked her a question that we felt as though we should not return. I feel that it's such ashame that she does not care enough about her own customers; that's what has compelled me to write this review. I am hoping she will get the message and turn herself around.
