Review content:
We live in Clear lake, and we usually go to Ichiban Restaurant on Egret Bay for Japanese food. But we just wanted to try out something else, so my husband and I just went to this Little Tokyo restaurant on Fairmont on Thursday July 29th. We didn?t receive a service that any customers would deserve. This one teenager guy finally took us to the table, after about five minutes that we have been standing and looking to be seated from any waiter/waitress, and it was not busy at all. At this point, I was kind of noticed the poor service of any waiters/waitress from the place. About 10 to 15 minutes after we were seated (and I meant, the place was not busy at all) which all this time, we have been sending a signal looking around for the waiter, but they were just too busy talking among themselves at the counter, and ignored that we needed an attention. I was going to leave but my husband though that was rude, so we stayed. Finally, we got someone came over; I ordered Salmon and Tuna Sashimi and a bow of stream rice for my meal. After recognized a very poor-services they had given us, I told them to just bring them together in one time, whenever it is ready. What turned out was, the chef has my order ready (about 5 minutes after it has been placed) and put them at the counter next to their kitchen?s entrance. Imagine this, there were two guys standing between the counter where my food was, having conversation, so my food was just there, above the counter, below their chest level while there were talking. I don?t have to go into details about what I thought would go into my sashimi. I detested what I have seen but still do not want to be rude, so I called one of the guys to come over and told him that he could bring it to me, if that was my order. Okay, he went to get it and placed the sashimi?s dish just in front of me (my face), without any manner. I was very annoyed by the services, and on top of that, the sashimi looks so nasty, salmon was covered with fat and the tuna?s color was very dark and dull, sort of bruising. At this point, I just had enough. I told the guy; please bring the check, without touching any food. He said, ?Okay? without any courtesy or even bother to ask why or if everything was okay. He came back with the check, and I do not know if it was by his intention to drop the check from his hand into my table, like he was just throwing it to me, instead of just place it on the table, like anyone with a manner would do. With this incident, all he said to me was ?O-Sorry?. That was very unacceptable, if I could spoke my mine, I would tell him to slaps those sashimi back to his ass (please excuse my language) , and get himself some education (don?t even bother about going to the college level, but perhaps just some home education from somewhere). With the entire incident, I was charged for those nearly-rotten nasty looks sashimi (without ever touching it once by me). I paid and will never go back again. There are too many good Japanese restaurants around the area, so why bother to go back and dealing with these yahoos? Pros: Non Cons: All, Please Read My Review
