Went in to p/u clothes. Brand new pants and shirt.First thing I noticed was shirt still had stains on it and was wrinkled. The kid(manager) gave me some song and dance about the condition of the shirt and why it looked like it did. Excuse me? You are going to tell me why my brand new shirt looks worse than when I brought it in? I then pulled out pants which looked weird (Before I even left the building - Does that not tell you something is wrong?), Oh! Not to mention that they gave one of my pairs of pants to someone else. Got home and not only had they shrunk the brand new pants but the other shirt was misshappen and shrunk also. I put the clothes on, figuring that they could see the problems and immediately went back up there. The kid basically refused to do anything, Oh, he said that if I brought them back he would stretch them? Hello. He all but called me a liar, telling me that if I brought the pants back in he would measure them to see if they were the standard size??? Who does that???? I was wearing them to show him they shrank!!! I asked for an owner, he refused, I asked for my money back, he refused! What kind of business doesnt at least try to help the customer? So I now have a stained wrinkled shirt, too tight pants, a blk shirt that is misshappen, that I cant wear, and I was the one lying! Pelase, Please do not use them, tell everyone you know that they do not stand behind their business, shoddy workmanship and I am out at least 100.00 not to mention the money I paid them! They all but called me a liar!
