I have been having several pest control companies try to get my business since the summer is approaching. I have turned down their offers and now I regret it. I have been with BAM (in Katy, TX) for almost a year now, and they are now showing how they could be so unprofessional. For two weeks, I had an appointment scheduled for the technician to do the inside of my house. The first time I received a call about 30 minutes before my scheduled time to say the technician was sick and would not be able to come out. I was fine with that because I know things happen but I also thought to myself that I know this is not the only appointment you have had to cancel. So why am I receiving a call 30 minutes before. I rescheduled for the following Saturday morning, and the technician did not show up nor did I receive a phone call. I had to call BAM and the lady was suppose to call me. Well, I had to call her back and she said she didn't know what happened but she would call me on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) to reschedule. Well, once again no call to reschedule. I called them today to have my invoice adjusted to pay for the work they did because I no longer want their service. I was told they cannot adjust my invoice because I am paying for the warranty. That is just crap!!! The lady did not offer to try to make the situation right at all. That is what I call BAD BAM customer service. So now they have lost a customer! I'm sure there are many pest controls companies out there that offer better service and products.
