Businiess name:  Cajun Connection

Review content:
Cajun Connection is a fun restaurant, and one of the few places to get southern food in this area. Cajun Connection is well known for its Sunday brunch and music nights that feature local folk singers, acoustic bands, and string quartets. The dinner menu offers red beans and rice, gumbo, shrimp broils, and many other Cajun favorites, including a few vegetarian options. The entrees Ive had were either bland or overly salty. However, the bread pudding with whiskey sauce is to die for. The old Cajun Connection restaurant is now Crawdaddys Bar, and the restaurant is now located next door. The bar is a fun, New Orleans-style environment with wood floors, old-fashioned seating, and a bartender that breathes fire. The musicians often perform in the actual restaurant, though. And of course, both Cajun Connection and Crawdaddys celebrate Mardi Gras. Pros: Live music, Sunday brunch, Dessert Cons: Sub-par food, Gets very crowded
