If you are considering moving to Chinoe Creek Apartments I highly suggest you look elsewhere. The new management is absolutely a joke. They do not care about you, only your money. I have to take cold showers and my air conditioning will not heat the whole apartment. When I say cold shower, I mean I am not even in the shower for 5 minutes and it turns ice cold. I have called maintenance on more than one occasion to have them fix this... Their solution: ""Sorry, the buildings are just too old."" I told the management that this is what I was told and they did nothing to help. I used to really enjoy having my water, sewer and trash included in my rent. But wait, they changed that too... Why? They said it was to ""Go Green."" Their idea of going green is to piss off everyone who lives here. Instead of letting it be unlimited water use... they are charging us ""our share"" of the water use in the entire property's water bill INCLUDING the clubhouse and the pool. Also, don't expect for your visitors to have a place to park, if they aren't in a visitor spot they will get towed. There is MAYBE one visitor spot for every 3 buildings. Oh, sure you can go to the office to get them a pass. If they're not there, then too bad. Basically, if you want to live somewhere that you can feel at home and enjoy living there, this is NOT the place.
