These guys were very nice, pleasant to deal with. They were able to fix a bad hard drive or something like that and still keep all of my data intact. They were able to do that in a matter of a few days. When they said they were really busy the would occasionally call to update me on the status. They had done everything that I have requested and they said they would do. They really do, do everything down to the last point. Even after replacing the bad hardware they asked if I had or wanted to get a protection. They seemed to really care about the service, Other shops I had take to had take a long time or didn't ask me if i need protection or data. The other shops also didn't ever call me to get an approval or to update me. Sonic Did an excellent job I was very satisfied and highly recommend them.
