Review content:
We have now purchased two prom dresses from Just For Looks. Our first experience was great. We purchased a Dave and Johnny dress that was right in line with online pricing. This year however, we purchased a Blush Prom dress there for $372. The EXACT same dress BRAND and STYLE is all over the internet for $238. I found out the price difference when I got online to try to find a picture of it to share with a relative out of state. I got tired of checking prices after finding it in 15 different places for $238 or less - never more. I emailed and called to see if the pricing could have possibly been a mistake and was told that shops like Just For Looks did not buy in bulk like online stores do. I was also paying for the quality of the dress and quality of service. From looking at different shops I usually found that online prices generally run $40 to $50 cheaper than in store prices. That was not the case here. Of course the internet is just a good looking place to get an idea of styles, etc. since prom dresses vary in sizing. You should try them on to make sure they suit your size and shape. My experience at Just For Looks just left a bad feeling. We bought a dress for almost $400 and it has an actual physical value of a little over $200, The owner and staff were friendly and helpful but would not budge on the price at all. Be careful and don't make the mistakes I did. If you work hard for your money and it is important to you don't shop here and make the purchase the day your daughter falls in love with the dress. Do your homework and make sure before you purchase. If you don't mind paying $134 for quality of service this is the place for you! The dress we bought is very nice and my daughter is happy which is all that counts in the end.
Pros: Nice Staff
Cons: Quality of Service Will Cost You
