Wanted to see a doctor about a sinus infection and some other issues. Had a 10 am appointment with a Dr. Smith. Showed at 9:45 and sat in the waiting room until 10: 45. Finally got called back to a room and when I asked if I wanted to know why I had waited so long the nurse? Technician? Woman taking my blood pressure gave me a snotty reply of ?He?s with patients.? I then sat until 11:20 and NOBODY HAD COME IN YET! The lady at the front desk did reimburse my co-pay and apologized though. I have noticed a trend in the past year that the doctors (IF you ever get a chance to see them) and the ANRP/RNPs in Shelbyville are rude, have a tendency to TELL you what you HAVE to do, don?t really listen and that the wait time in the office is getting longer and longer. I?m looking for a new doctor Pros: Front desk worker was ver kind and helpful Cons: wait to see doctor Smith was a joke
