Alex goes above and beyond to make sure your are happy with your services and repairs. They came to pick up my computer from my office and dropped it back off so there was no inconvienience for me. My computer was to the point that it wouldn't even boot up and Alex has brought it back to working like a brand new computer right out of the box. He also explained how to prevent problems so it wouldn't happen again. I will use and recommend then from here on out.
