Review content:
Never let your family be the victim. This facility is not so friendly at all.. They just want your money..... they do not care about the residents and take note, some workers there are ILLEGAL.They even let them handle medications and everything. Is that part of what they so called LUXURY? They just want workers there who are dumb and can't speak english so that they can manipulate them. Also, they hire every 3 months and look for mistakes of the previous workers and fire them so that they can't give them their benefits.
Do you even know that there is only ONE CAREGIVER IN THREE FLOORS????? Is that luxury? If you run out of tissue paper do you think they have some available? Perhaps some instances, but they will charge you $5 in single tissue paper. I feel sorry for the residents. And Oh! about the food? it's good for stray dogs..... So it's up to you if you want your loveones to eat those. They just re-heat food all over again. The owner I thought was very caring.... not until I work there. She has a talent in sales talk I can tell. I can't believe Teresa and her son are living at the 9th floor but all expenses paid by the residents. Believe me, I resigned when I knew all these. Most workers there are ILLEGAL......
