This company is broken from the top down. Every person that I spoke to (two account managers, one floor manager and the company manager) was rude, uninformed and clearly annoyed that I dared ask questions. Be warned that when they send you a letter saying ""Your account is NOT schedule for collection procedures"" (direct quote) what they mean is that your account IS in collection procedures. When they say that you can arrange a payment plan, they actually mean that unless you pay the full amount, you will be reported to the credit bureau. If you've been sent to this company, prepare for an unnecessarily difficult experience and a lot of snotty phone calls.
