This is no Yelp, but it'll do. When I received a phone call from a Niki Williams, (yes, Im calling her out by name!) a debt collector at Southern Credit Recovery, regarding a dispute letter I had sent in, she had nothing but attitude. I am TRYING to pay off my debt. She acted as if she has never seen a dispute form in her life. She argued she was the ""bearer of all bad news"". I was like Oh uh uh. Do not throw an attitude with me woman. This woman needs to go work for a repo company if she wants to act that way. Needless to say, I fired back, not quite the right way to go about it since she could help me settle my debt, but I was, like I said, fired up. Horrible Horrible costumer service. We ended up resolving nothing.
