I received a phone call on 07/08/11 from Southern Credit Recovery, Inc. stating that I owed them $60.03. I explained to the lady I was speaking to, that I paid this bill on 05/15/11. I gave her the cleared check # , the account # and the date it was paid and all she kept saying was that we never received payment. I asked her at least 5 times, what do you want me to do ? The lady with an attitude (Linda Parks) would never give me an answer. All she would say is that we never received payment. I explained to her that she should get with the company I wrote the check to and ask them where the payment is. She told me that it was my responsibility. I told her to do what she had to do. She responded by saying ""OH I Will"". A person with this type of attitude and with no answers other than rudeness, should not be employed with this company.
