Review content:
Installed a dock with this company and while it was attractive, it failed to be stable immediately after installation. Pieces constantly broke or were ""misplaced"" at each and every seasonal install and removal requiring additional labort and cost. Most recent installation was done incomplete and was so unstable, it rendered dock unusable for most of the season despite being charged Multiple requests to repair dock were ignored and now company blames location of dock itself. None of this mentioned at initial survery, in proposal or during initial installation.
Pros: Attractive Docks
Cons: No Customer Support, Lousy Response Time and FLimsy Warranty
