Review content:
Engaged to have a bath tiled with this company to include a shower/tub surround. Asked multiple questions of installer during installation regarding a vapor barrier and the need to tape and mud backer board joint prior to laying tile. He dismissed my concerns and assured me that the installation was standard practice and would be water tight long after my demise. Fourteen months on my shower dumps water into my basement and the management says there is nothing they can do as the installation was warranted for 12 months. I am severely disappointed in the performance of this company and would not do business with them again.
Cons: Disappointing performance.
