Do I have to give a star?
I created a city search account just to tell everyone AVOID this place at all costs for hair color.
I received a haircut that resulted in inches more than I asked for being chopped off. However, the unfortunate trim was overshadowed by the disastrous YELLOW highlights.
The color ""specialist"" claimed blonde highlights are ""easy"" for him but he ruined my hair. I was embarrassed to go outside until I went back to my hometown and had the color corrected.
