I am currently a tennant, looking for another place to live. This place is nice, however, they have a lot of restrictions (NO exceptions). If your over night guest parks in the wrong place their vehicle will be towed ($$$). Some parking places are not marked as visitor parking, while the person parking their vehicle their would assume that it is a visitor's spot. The management for the most part is rude and make false accusations based on what they think they see. They, in my opinion are quick to pass undue judgement on a person. You can only get direct tv. (this is wrong). Since there are other cable providers out there. The tennant should be afforded the right to choose which company they want as their cable provider. Pros: A place to love Cons: Rude management
