Texaco Wrecked My Car On 14 July 2008, I took my 2001 PT Cruiser into Texaco Xpress Lube in Chesapeake, VA to get an oil change and a tire rotation. My wife worked at Wild Wing Cafe in the same plaza so I gave them my phone number and dropped off my car. After about 20 minutes I received a phone call asking if I wanted a transmission flush, and I agreed to have it done. Another 20 minutes goes by and I get a phone call saying that a Texaco Attendant had backed my car into a pole and that it was pretty bad. It turns out that the Texaco attendant had put a huge dent in the rear, busted out the back windshield, and bent my frame, which caused the car to become a 'Total Loss'. The manager became very disrespectful after learning it was a total loss. I couldn't believe the way I was treated by the ""management"" and, two years later, want to make sure that this Texaco does not treat anybody else the way I was.
