Review content:
I took my 2 pairs of pleated drapes to be cleaned and pressed.
Well, got them back and they were not pleated at all!!!
Did not look nice at all
I did not know I hung them up and the more I looked at them the more p. o. ed I got.
I took them back, she asked me how the pleat should go???
I told her down the full length of the drapes.
Well, that is what they did, they sent them out to be pressed; only problem is they are a tripe pleat so I have a single fold going down the drape for each pleat instead of the triple pleat that they are.
i will never go back to have anything down here again It cost 1.55 per pleat. My God they do not even press the pleats????? duh just plain ticked off.
They said they do not normally do the pleats, what the heck kind of cleaners are they never again. I will not be back Cost me 67.00 dollars and had to go back again and they really are still not right.
