This is the place to call--I will use him again and feel that he deserves some kudos!
Molasses was running faster than my computer and I didn't have any viruses--at least my antivirus program didn't show any--so didn't know what was up.
I help out an elderly neighbor with errands and she told me about PC Guru West--said he was really polite, took time to give her lots of pointers and sites to stay away from so she'd have a better chance of not getting a virus again and best of all she told me he charged her $40 dollars less than the last guy who came to her place.
So PC Guru Dave it was--I was scared I'd needed a new machine but was told that I only needed more memory--which actually didn't cost nearly as much as I thought. I'm a happy camper and would be pleased to recommend a honest local business like PC Guru West.
