This place is wonderful. The staff is friendly - i have dropped off numerous items and received much more than I expected. They research for recalls so I feel comfortable purchasing from them. My children come with me and play with the toys while I shop and I am sure it is frustrating for staff but they never say a word or express a bad attitude. Remember I think alot of the negative reviews are from the old management. The new management is wonderful and if you drop clothing off they provide hangers but you must hang your own clothes (which makes sense) I think it is wonderful they provide the hangers other management did not and did not assist in any way as well as having the attitude that they did not care. I think this place is wonderful shope often and find GREAT deals!! You must check for yourself. I agree with other comments you must shop at different times - sometimes you luck out others nothing!!
