Review content:
When talking to the rental office before moving in there were tales of only people who don't pay there bills are those who complained. We wanted to believe it and put up with the minor cracks, water being shut off with no notice, we moved into an apartment that was not cleaned to begin with and the ant infestation - all of which we've had to take care of ourselves.
But now that it's been over two months of our living room wall leaking and bathroom leaking over and over again it's time to let people know. Spend a bit more money or forfeit the space GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and you'll be very grateful. Like I said we are great tenets and they do nothing for you but sit in their dry homes while we call in complaints and continue to ?try to get to the root of the problem? all the while accusing our neighbors of negligence and week after week we have to cross our fingers to hope it?s been taken care of. This is the worst apartment building we?ve ever been in! Even if there isn?t one other problem we still will be moving ASAP!
