The name has changed to Twelve 85 Resto Bar. I am guessing that ownership has also changed.
We like the pizza. They use very good ingredients in their pizzas and the taste is very good.
My wife and I have eaten here twice on two different trips to Florence. Both times we have had very bad service. It has taken over 40 minutes to have our pizza delivered to our outside table. On our most recent visit the pizza was overcooked.
Both visits included interactions with the woman that we believe to be the owner. Both times she didn't appear to be concerned with our dining experience. On our last visit it took quite a while to get an empty outside table cleared so we could sit down. Our initial service was great as two servers both thought they were serving us. Once they figured out which one was responsible for our table the service slowed almost to a halt.
While I enjoy the pizza here, I will probably not try to dine in the restaurant again. If I want a pizza from here I will call ahead and do some wandering around Old Town while I wait.
Pros: Quality ingredients, Great location, Good menu
