I am someone who trys to use local business instead of large companies. Being invited to a few recent wedding, (3) all of the bridemaid dresses have been from Stephanie's. When it was time for me to look, I convienced my bridemaids to go to Stephanie's, overlooking what they had already heard about them. The lady who helped us, had no idea on what she was doing. I later found out the colors we were looking at were not even for the same fabric and designer of the dresses the girls had on. They called to confirm the colors 2 weeks after the deposit was given! They were never ordered. Shoes! Again overlooking my experience with the dresses, we went looking at shoes. After picking shoes out, they order half of them, with the other half being discontinued. Even having stressed I wanted all the shoes the same. So be prepared for whatever they tell you in the store to get your money, you will get 2-3 phones calls with problems afterwards. The staff has a ""oh well"" approach to your problems. But don't forget to leave that DEPOSIT!
