Review content:
I think the business strategy here is to ignore the customer until they go away. My first call to them I was misquoted. The first attempted delivery was an hour and a half late. Its now two weeks later and I still can't get anyone to call me back about the delivery they were supposed to make weeks ago. The last call I made, I was told 'he does that"". I give up....so much for trying to support my local businesses.
