Review content:
All Star Tents is not a professional company to use. On the day of our wedding, they called to say that they did not have all of the lights that we had reserved for our tent, despite a detailed contract with them and confirming our contract the previous week. When contacted, they said, ""It's not my fault,"" which leaves one to wonder what is the point of having a signed contract with a company that cannot maintain/guarantee their rentals? Once we arrived at our ceremony location, the tent that they had said could hold 200 people underneath most certainly could not. Additionally, the dance floor they suggested was also too small for our needs. The strands of lights they we did receive were not in good working order. Two lights were burned out, and the only reason we knew beforehand was because we insisted they show us that they were in good working condition. Fortunately we asked for them to show us they worked because according to All Star, they did not need to provide the extension cords necessary for the lights to work, which they never once mentioned to us. Without this insistence, our reception would've ended up in the dark with strands of lights that we weren't prepared to provide extension cords so that they would actually work. All Star did refund our money for the strands of light they were unable to provide, but they were unable to show any customer concern, quality of product, legal ability to meet a contract, and to meet our needs. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I would encourage anyone to seek out a more professional rental company.
