Review content:
I had a new TV from a reliable Japanese supplier. TV was purchased from Video Only but was outside their 30 day warranty. They recommended a service provider located in Portland and I now know why. I called Toshiba and they referred me to PRO TV. I delivered TV to them and at the time nothing seemed to through up a red flag. TV was dropped off, repaired and picked up by my wife. She did not look at TV closely enough as there was damage on the rear cover and a large 4 inch scratch in the middle of the screen. When I took TV back for help with issue, it was deemed as damage had occured outside of their care and that TV could be repaired at my expense. This has proven to be a $1000 mistake. Toshiba states that ""issue is between service provider and myself"" even though they provided this gentlemen's buisness name as a ""Toshiba Authorized Service provider"" If you enjoy being yelled at, accused of being r*cist, liar, and attempted to be bullied, by all means give these guys your buisness. I have given up and purchased a new TV. Needless to say it is not a Toshiba, nor will I ever go back to these gys with any buisness. You might think thes are just the ramblings of an uneducated consumer be advised I am employed by a local High tech company and am a very senior engineer with reasonable expectations of getting service provide at resonable level of quality. Beware, use some one else!!!!!! Pros: None worth the aggravation Cons: Poor service, unproffesional, no concept of cusomer service
