Review content:
Not only do I NOT recommend this place, I highly advise people to avoid them at all poosible costs. Even if it the ""Authorized Service Dealer"" of whatever make or brand your television is. This is by far the worst business I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They had my television for 11 weeks and basicially ignored it until the manufacturer finally replaced the tv, due to PRO TV'S inability to fix it (they didn't want to fix it, obviously). PRO TV argued with me, ignored me, blatantly disregarded the service they were assigned to do and gave me attitude whenever possible. I could go on and on about the specifics, but it almost seems unrealistic that a business can still operate under these circumstances. If you can imagine the worst service you've ever heard of, this one will top it...I promise.
