I have been a resident at Awbrey Pines Condominiums for a year and a half, I couldn't ask for a better place to live! It is conveniently located close to Downtown, and within a 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor and Tumalo Falls. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast!
This property offers and very quite, safe, and serene atmosphere, the Onsite Property Managers do a great job of making sure all tenants and their guests represent them selves in a respectful manner. I have been very pleased with the prompt attention they give to any issue that may arise, as well as their honest and straight forward approach to running this complex. Awbrey Pines is very family oriented, and does not welcome loud parties or ruckus, there are plenty of properties that can accommodate you with that at the bottom of the hill. In my opinion, the Onsite Managers are what make this such a wonderful place to live, I highly recommend this property to everyone I know, and I look forward to living here for many years to come!
