I can't believe the past reviews have been this negative with regards to the ex manager Dale, These tenants must have been either always late with the rent, or just angry individuals who wouldn't be happy even if it were free rent.
Unfortunately... now that the old managers are gone... the place is going to the dogs Literally.
My only complaint is that there is no dedicated parking spaces and no dedicated play area for the kids.
I also think the owners shouldn't be raising the rent as far as they want to go with it due to economic conditions in the area. But... greed will destroy a great place to live.
