Review content:
Took my daughter's car for pads and rotors. I had brought original factory parts for the maintenance. They quoted 1 price before bringing in car, another when car was brought in, and yet a 3rd price when car was picked up. Can you guess, yes, more each time. I bought the car back within 3 days, noisy brakes, and pads on one side appeared to be installed wrong way. No, everything fine was he assured me, ""they can go on either way. The clips can go on either side."" Mazda dealer later noted and corrected problem during oil change and rotors and pads had worn prematurely. There are inner and outter pads, they had put both outter on 1 side and bother inner on the other. Written proof brought from 2 dealers showing and documenting problem and reinstallation of pads. ""There were not clips when we installed brakes."" he states. Another of serveral lies, original factory pads, this was 1st time replaced. Refused refund (even partial). Offered ""service"" credit. No thanks. I've had enough of their ""service."" STAY AWAY FOR SURE.
