I visited Louis Du Gal for the first time. I asked for a simple cut and summer highlights. Yet, they were unable to do this. They made extremely amateurish mistakes and even the highlights were very streaky. I felt like I must have been the first customer the stylist ever had...
I tried to tell the stylist during the process that my hair did not look right and she basically ignored me. I held back my tears. I had to go to another salon to correct the mistakes. This salon is a joke! Never again!
