Review content:
Ccs continues to make calls to my phone number in Sparks, Nevada although I have specifically requested that they not do so. They are a credit collection agency and they are calling me on a number specifically listed in my name. They are calling for my son Steve. The number is not Steve's number. He is an adult and not a minor. The phone number they are calling is an incoming dedicated phone number for my own business and is not a public phone. It is not a phone number for my son. I have repeatedly requested from the Ccs operators that this number be deleted from their use. The Ccs operators are universally rude and hang up. I have told them that I am invoking the Do Not Call option as provided by the Federal government and one operator told me that the Do Not Call operation did not apply to Ccs. Unwarranted calls from Ccs tie up my dedicated phone line which is the most essential part of my home business. My next option is to file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office or whatever agency would be appropriate in the Massachusetts state government.
