I tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague!!! Don't walk....RUN away! I had frequented this place for awhile since I am not the type to spend $50 on a ""spa"" pedicure. I figured all mall nail places where you can get a pedicure for $20 were the same. After a couple of botched polish jobs and a few nicks with cuticle nippers (which by the way are ILLEGAL in MA) I was trying to decide if I should call it quits when I decided to give it one more try. The guy giving me my pedicure that day was clipping my toe nails and ""accidentally"" clipped off the top of my toe.....as in FLESH. I jerked my foot back from the pain and he proceeds to grab it and dump that stuff they have to stop the bleeding on it. It stung so bad I wanted to kick him in the face and almost did. He didn't even apologize and kept going about his job like I didn't notice he just cut off my toe. I walked out and haven't been back. I actually visit the place at the other end of the Kingston mall now near Yankee Candle (Top Nails maybe?) and the service and results are 1000x better. Wish I had known all these little mom and pop type places weren't the same or I would have switched YEARS ago!
