Recently worked with this company and had a great experience. From the research I've done, it seems there have been many satisfied clients. Sadly, it is the ones who are openly angry who take the time to broadcast negative views more often. The properties I have visited have proven to be high quality and located in desirable areas. Being a business owner myself, I understand it is impossible to please everyone and get good reviews 100% of the time when you deal with all different types of personalities and viewpoints.
That being said, I would recommend Novus, and have been a very happy client so far!
