If you're interested in eminent domain, want to be told one thing but then get another, like ongoing requests for more money, and don't mind extensive delays and substantial bumbling, then this is the developer for you! Sunset Hills has forever put these guys into the memory bank of failed development and ransacked neighborhoods. Their mostly empty Market at McKnight provides ongoing testimony to what happens when they do get a project launched. Their inability to get buyers for Laumier Place condos demonstrates their complete lack of understanding of the marketplace. Don't take my work for it. Review the archives of the South County Times, the St. Louis Post Dispatch, and the St. Louis Business Journal. These are amateurs not to be trusted. Pros: Southern Baptist owner, but doesn't act like it Cons: everything else
