Review content:
Have you ever seen an episode of Bridezilla? I honestly wish my sister or I were one so I could have told Mary Kay and her staff what to do with their very poor service. Honestly, I have been in at least 6 weddings and have never experienced such difficulties! As noted in other reviews; the dresses took months longer than quoted even after several calls, the alterations (which are done on un-pressed gowns) were very poor quality and expensive, and the customer service is lacking (especially on the owner?s part). Many wishes for better service elsewhere and have a happy wedding day without Mary Kay!
Pros: You might find a friendly face on a ""good day""
Cons: Slow service, stressful, and $$$. ""Good days are few and far between.""
