I recently visited Mary Kay's and was highly disappointed. We did find nice bridesmaids' dresses at reasonable prices. However, I was treated quite poorly by one particular member of the sales staff. I am a fairly petite woman (size 2-4 street clothes). My measurements and body parts were discussed loudly and in disparaging terms at the counter and fitting area. I am very surprised at the lack of tact. I cannot understand why women would want to support a business that critiques a slender woman for not being model thin. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to shop there.
Pros: somewhat nice selection
Cons: poor customer service, unprofessional
